By creating an account or using Stammtisch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Stammtisch is a social networking platform that facilitates connections between users and helps organize group gatherings at various venues. We provide a platform for communication and coordination but do not organize, host, or control the actual gatherings or events.

3. User Responsibilities

Stammtisch acts solely as a platform connecting users with venues and other users. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of venues listed on the Service
• The conduct of users at gatherings or events
• Any injuries, damages, or losses that occur at venues or during events
• Disputes between users or between users and venues
• Food quality, service, or any other aspect of venue operations

Users attend gatherings and visit venues at their own risk. We strongly encourage users to exercise caution and good judgment when meeting others or visiting new locations.

7. Partner Venue Program

7.1 No Guarantees

For venues participating in our partner program, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The number of groups that will choose your venue
• The frequency of visits or reservations
• Revenue increases or business outcomes
• Customer retention or repeat visits

Any statistics, projections, or examples provided are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of results. Actual results may vary significantly.

7.2 Venue Responsibilities

Partner venues are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable health, safety, and business regulations
• The quality of food, beverages, and service provided
• Any special offers or promotions they choose to provide
• Managing reservations and customer interactions
• Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage

7.3 Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove any venue from our platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to poor reviews, user complaints, or violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Security

While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on the Service. However, by posting content, you grant Stammtisch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stammtisch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
